New summer location by the deer park!

Spring is a time for new beginnings, and with the new season just around the corner, it’s the perfect time to announce that the Bennington Farmers’ Market will move to a new summer location this year!

Starting May 1, you’ll now be able to find the market at 100 Veterans Memorial Drive – in the glen beside the chamber of commerce building and the deer park (right about here). It’s a much larger location, one that should allow us to expand in the coming years. It’s also still easy to get to, with a Green Mountain Express bus line (the Green Line – South) running to that location for free multiple times on Saturdays and with plenty of available parking.  Many thanks to the Vermont Veterans Home for making this possible.

Several new vendors will join us this summer, and we’ve booked a few new musicians to play at the market this summer too. Keep it tuned here or subscribe to our mailing list for further details.

Want to get involved with the market as we grow? Consider becoming a vendor at the market; we’d love to see what you have for sale. If you don’t have anything to sell, we could always use some volunteers; email us at BenningtonFarmersMarket@gmail.com to find out how to lend a hand. Or you could always support the market by becoming a member.

Finally, please welcome to all of our new and returning sponsors, without whom none of this would be possible: The Memory ClinicSacred Heart St. Francis De Sales ChurchBennington Express Lube and Car WashWassick TireMaple Leaf RealtyCenterline ArchitectsWest Mountain Animal Hospital, and the Southwestern Vermont Chamber of Commerce
